Return & Refund
This Return Shipments Policy ("Policy") governs the return request raised by the Buyer in accordance with the terms of this Policy ("Return Request").
We may modify this Policy from time to time, and any such changes will be reflected on the Platform and be effective immediately upon the changes being reflected on the Platform. Users agree to be bound to any such changes or modifications and understand and accept the importance of regularly reviewing the Policy as updated on the Platform from time to time.
Return request can be raise for the following Cases:
1. Return in the case of damaged or expired product received.
2. Return in the case of wrong product received.
3. Return in the case of late in delivery of the product.
Seeds and pesticide Product
· The return or refund request should be initiated within 5 days of the receiving the goods.
· The product should be in original packing if the delivered package is damaged due to any condition before reaching your premise then make a video proof of that and inform us at the same time. Any late or without proof claims are fully in the hand of Towanto to be settled on the company’s terms and satisfaction.
· You have to submit the proof of purchase and the payment along with the method.
· Some items are refunded or return on some specific conditions which will be mentioned at the time of purchase.
· Towanto owns the right to verify the product that it is billed by Towanto, so if there are any goods which does not matches the details given by the Towanto then Towanto is not responsible for the return or refund on that product.
· In the case of prepayment if the goods don’t deliver then Towanto will refund the payment within 3 days.
· If any wrong product delivered then the buyer has to place a complaint to Towanto and brief the customer support with the issue. The proof of purchase and wrong product will be asked and after verifying the case Towanto will take the action.
· Some goods come under only replacement category and Towanto owns the right to accept or reject the request on its satisfaction.
Agricultural Equipments
1. The return request should be initiated within the 5 days of the delivery of the goods.
2. For return, goods should state in the original delivered condition and should not be entertained by any technician from outside.
3. In the case of late in return of the goods, In that case goods does not comes in the category of returnable goods Towanto owns the right to take any decision in its confidence related with the matter.
4. Towanto owns the right to verify that goods are billed by it. To ensure there has been no exchange within the goods.
5. If any wrong product delivered then the buyer has to place a complaint to Towanto and brief the customer support with the issue. The proof of purchase and wrong product will be asked and after verifying the case Towanto will take the appropriate action.
6. Some goods come under only replacement category and it’ll take the time according with the manufacturer’s terms so, in that case Towanto is not bounded to fulfil any fine or penalty or replacing the goods.
7. In case of late delivery if the buyer wants not to receive the goods then they have to cancel it and wait for the given time to get the refund. Refund will be given in the same account or medium used at the time of the payment.
8. For any technical issues in any machinery item the buyer can reach the manufacturer or Towanto. Towanto will solve the issue in a given time.
9. For installation the buyer must call a technician suggested by the manufacturer or Towanto. Avoid calling any outsider technician because it can void the goods warranty or any other benefits provided by the seller or manufacturer.
