Towanto is an online B2B platform where you can purchase any agricultural goods from the platform (Website or Mobile Application) on a best rate in the market with on shop delivery. You can buy every products of your need from one marketplace.

Any entity (business) registered as per government rules and has a valid licence for the product category he wants to Purchase or any entity that has a valid GST certification.

Towanto does not charge any kind of joining or membership fee from its user.

To register on Towanto you must have the GST number. You have to download our Mobile Application or you can also register through our Website (towanto.in). There you have to fill the required details and upload the asked documents. Once, this process is done you can start purchasing.

You can pay the amount of your purchase through the given options while checkout.

There are MOQ (Minimum order quantity) on every product listed on Towanto. You’ll be guided by the platform while making any purchase.

Your order will be delivered by our logistics partners. You do not have to worry about the delivery but for the smooth and flawless service you have to give the exact address of your shop while making the purchase. If there is any delivery or labour charge mentioned while the time of purchase then you have to pay it at the time of delivery  

While making purchase you’ll get the time of delivery. Well it’s not exact; approximately it will take 4-5 days. Your order can be delivered before the delivery date mentioned.

Yes, you can track your order from the order section of the platform after signing in with your user id.  

This is based on the order quantity or delivery area. You can make the request to our executive but it depends on the comfort of Towanto that it’ll allow it or not.

The delivery is made by the third parties. Hence, there is a slight chance of it in case of any emergency or Govt. Lockdowns. However the public holidays will not be counted in the time given for the delivery.

Towanto is a free B2B platform where a seller can sell their products to big number of buyers without any limitations of area and enjoy the cash transaction and fruitful benefits of our services.

Any business registered as per government rules with gst Number and has a valid licence for the product category can sell on Towanto.  

As mentioned above Towanto does not charge any kind of joining or     membership fee from its selling partners

To be a seller on Towanto you must have the valid licence for the product category you want to sell. You have to download our Mobile Application or you can also register through our Website (towanto.in/marketplace). There you have to fill the required details and upload the asked documents. Once this process is done you have to add your products and their details and then you can start selling.  

For the payment you do not have to wait much. Once our Logistic partner or authorised personnel confirms the goods availability by you, you’ll receive the payment in your given account within one business day.

Yes, actually you can change any details added by you. In case on any difficulties you can connect with our help centre.  

Any charges of delivery will be paid Towanto itself. The payment will be transferred after receiving the valid proof of the payment which has to be emailed or uploaded by the seller itself.

You can sell all the products come in the category of the license you have obtained from the government and uploaded a copy of the license while registering on Towanto as a Seller.

Yes, All you have to do is to upload the new product category license you have obtained from the agriculture department. Once we verify the authentication of the license from the department your account will be upgraded and you can add new products category and enjoy selling.  

Yes. As per government norms and security of the business we require appropriate GST registration number to list you as our seller.

Yes, you can change your account details anytime you want while it’ll take up to one business days to update your new account details in your Id. You can add up to one account details in your seller Id.
